Who we are

Real Stock Screener operates this website at realstockscreener.com. You can reach us at contact@realstockscreener.com.

What we collect and why

• Account data (your name and email from Google sign-in): to provide your account. Legal basis: contract.
• Payment data, handled by Stripe: to charge your subscription. We never see your card numbers. Legal basis: contract.
• A random visitor ID stored in your browser, and a log of the stocks you search: to enforce the 3 free screens a month and to run the service. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• Visitor statistics: to improve the site. Legal basis: consent, if a cookie or browser storage is used for this.

Who we share it with

Our hosting and database provider (Lovable Cloud), Google (sign-in) and Stripe (payments). Stock data providers (Alpha Vantage, Apify) receive only stock tickers and company names, never personal data. We never sell data.

Transfers outside the EU

Some of our providers are in the US. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

• Account data: until your account is deleted.
• Payment records: as long as accounting law requires (5 years in Denmark).
• Search logs and visitor IDs: 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, or object to our use of your data. You can withdraw consent at any time. Email us to use any of these rights. You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example Datatilsynet in Denmark.

No automated decisions

We make no automated decisions with legal effects on you. The screener's colours are general information, not personal advice.

Not for under-18s

This site is not for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data.
